The whole Authentink tattoo crew will be joining over 200 local and international artists at this years Rites of Passage Sydney Tattoo Festival, which will be held at the International Convention Centre in Darling Harbour from 5-7 October. This year the focus is on Traditional Japanese Tattooing, and our very own Horisumi will be doing a seminar on both Saturday and Sunday on the links between Ukiyo-e woodblock prints and the ancient art and culture of Japanese tattoos. It is open to the public and you do not need a special ticket, just your usual event ticket (that can be bought online here)
There will be the usual line up of tattoo show events such as Miss Inked competition, best tattoo comps and loads of entertainment. Each of our artists have put aside time for walk ups and will have flash available across the weekend, so please come by our booth to say hi and to check out Horisumi doing some tebori too! see you there!
